5. Do you charge for coming to us?
It varies according to postcodes & depends upon the flat or hourly price.
6. What’s the method of payment?
Bank transfer, Paypal & Cash
7. Is VAT inclusive in our price?
We quote full and final price to everyone.
8. Do we have to book for fixed period of time?
Minimum two hours are applicable
9. Do you offer flat rate or do we charge by hours?
We offer both, for flat rate please leave the details with us we will present you with the best quote possible. For hourly rate please refer to the prices section of our website
10. Are there any hidden charges?

11. Can we travel in the Van with the driver?
Please ask before your booking.

Yes, we can
13. Will we always turn up in time?
We strictly follow our agreed starting & deadlines. However, in case of uncertain circumstances we always keep our customers fully informed.
14. Do we Charge if we get stuck in traffic?
Incase of flat rate No. In case of hourly charge, Yes we do.
15. What will happen if we are late?
We will update you without any further delay.
16. What happens if you are unhappy or have complaint?
We work in flat structure of management. Top management is as approachable as anyone else. Initially you can send the e-mail to the e-mail provided on the website. If you are still not happy you can speak to the managing director, directly and convey your concerns for your satisfaction.
17. How early should you book?
In winter one week in advance, In summer at least two week in advance.
18. Is there any Cancellation fee?
No cancellation fee for provisional bookings.

20. Do we offer international removals to Europe?
Yes we do
